When Laura took an aerobics class “way back when,” she knew she had found a new love: fitness. The joy she felt moving led her to pursue her career. And she takes a human-centric approach in every class she teaches. “I like to see my clients as whole people,” she says. “I like to learn their style of communication — are they auditory, kinesthetic or visual learners.” To Laura’s further credit, she designed the Pilates Ropes class at the JCCSF. When she’s not working, you can find her cycling, learning Italian and cooking.
