We’re here to help. Just give us some information about what fitness changes you’re looking for by filling out the form below and we’ll do our best to get back to you within three business days.
To guide you, here are a few common requests:
- “I’d like to return for in-person workouts!” – Great! If you are an active member, we’re excited to see you. If you are currently on hold, please “Return From Hold” and provide us with a date for when you want to return and we’ll reactivate your membership.
- “I’d like to place my fitness membership on hold” – Simply fill out this form and select “Hold” and we’ll place your membership on hold. You can come back from hold anytime by visiting this page and selecting “Return From Hold.” Membership holds are $25/month for individual membership and $50/month for family membership.
- While cancellation is an option, we’d love the opportunity to show you the changes we’ve made to the Fitness Center to help you reach your wellness and fitness goals. If you’re on the fence, we get it, but do encourage you place your account on hold, or reach out to us so that we can provide you with all the tools to live your healthiest life.
