Sutter Health’s CPMC Kanbar Cardiac Care Center is partnering with the JCCSF. Whether you’re looking for expert advice or just a fun way to focus on your well-being, this event is for you. Free screenings for total cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure will put you in charge of your heart health. Nurse educators and cardiac rehabilitation experts will be on hand to teach you how to self-test your blood pressure while gaining valuable insights.

And if that’s not enough, enjoy a relaxing moment with Tea for the Soul, try your luck with our Spin the Wheel game, and check out a live heart– healthy cooking demonstration.
