Raising Resilient Families: Talking to Your Kids about Antisemitism 

Young people identifying as Jewish are navigating new identity-based challenges at school and beyond. Parents and caregivers are invited to come together to learn supportive ways to raise young people with confidence and resilience.

Join Gloria Moskowitz-Sweet, MSW, Education Specialist at JFCS Holocaust Center, in a workshop about how to approach this difficult topic with your children. Bringing her experience as a school leader and a trained social worker, Moscowitz-Sweet will both share expertise and create space for parents to support each other.

This interactive workshop provides tools to support interactions around antisemitism or marginalization, maintain receptive communication with your child, and nurture hope and resilience with a proactive outlook. Learn strategies to engage and empower your children to adapt and grow through today’s challenges.

Jewish and non-Jewish participants are encouraged to attend. This program is intended for parents/caregivers of elementary and middle school children, but all ages are welcome.
