Erica is a dynamic Jewish communal professional with 20+ years of experience in education, program direction, and community building. Her work is focused on fostering inclusive Jewish experiences across generations. With leadership roles at organizations like BBYO, AJWS, 18Doors, the Diller Teen Fellows and Tikkun Olam Awards, she excels in program design, community cultivation, and people management. Erica also played a key role reopening Golden Bridges School during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the JCCSF, she oversees strategies that enhance cultural, artistic and Jewish spiritual life.
In her free time, she channels her creativity in a local stained-glass studio, sees live music, and gardens with her husband and 3 children in San Francisco.
