Bay Area native Maia Kolbeck is passionate about education and childcare. As part of the Citywide program, Maia and her team provide essential arts and physical education experiences for students throughout the city free of charge to participants, giving them opportunities to play, learn, explore, and express themselves. When she isn’t guiding the next generation on their journey to become their best selves, she enjoys a variety of activities like hiking, citizen science, writing, enjoying art, and visiting museums, zoos, and aquariums.
