Hold/Freeze

You may request hold status for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of six (6) months per twelve (12) month period. All outstanding dues and charges must be paid in full before the account may be placed on hold. If you would like to resume your membership earlier than you initially stated, please select Return from Hold on this form. A $25 hold fee for individual memberships and $50 hold fee for family memberships will be charged at the beginning of each month.

Hold Requests will be applied to all members on a Family Membership. There are no partial holds.

Cancellations requests received by the JCCSF between the first calendar day of the month and the 25th of the month will become effective 1 month after the date of receipt. Resignation notices received on or after the 26th of the month will become effective on the last day of the following month.

All resignation requests received by JCCSF between the first calendar day of the month and the 25th calendar day of the month will become effective 30 days after the date of receipt. The billing for the final calendar month will be prorated to exclude any days falling outside of the 30 day period. Resignation notices received by JCCSF on or after the 26th of the month will become effective on the last day of the following month and will not be prorated.

Until you receive verification that your cancellation has been processed, you are an active member.
